I got your address from your web-page. My name is Dr. Dominic Ebacher, and I am a Washington native looking to buy a piece of property out on the Olympic Peninsula (between Joyce and Quinault). I've found that the conventional means of finding property aren't really getting me anywhere - so in order to find a property for myself and my family I'm asking around if anyone knows about any properties out there that would be available.
The property I'm looking for will have several of these criteria:
A medium-sized creek flowing over good elevation changes (for streamwater and hydropower) Next to state or national forest or timber-company land REMOTE 10 acres up to 120 acres Be timberland (either now or in the past) Can be clearcut within the last 1-3 years (although mature timber great too). No existing buildings needed. (I plan to build my own with existing materials)
If you know of a property like this for sale, or coming up for sale - or anyone with commercial timberland that is looking to sell; PLEASE CONTACT ME. I am looking to get started building my home for my family. If a contact that you brought to me works out, I would Happily pay you a finder's fee for your assistance.
Sorry to trouble you again, and thank you for reading if you got this far!
Yours Gratefully and Sincerely,
Dr. Dominic Ebacher ebacherdom.blogspot.com
