August Theme Day and Skywatch Friday

The August Theme Day is Metal.
What is there about old, rusty metal? Especially when there are plants growing up and through it? It just fascinates me!
This is part of a display at the Timber Museum, of old logging equipment.

Bubbles in the Sky.
We had a great day while we had visitors, making bubbles with our new bubble machine, and a bubble wand.

Oh, I LOVE the bubbles! Yours is the second blog this week where I've run across bubbles. I want to buy a big old bubble want and go outside and make bubbles. Does it matter that I am childless in this venture? Will people on the block think, "there's that crazy old spinster lady, doing weird stuff again!"

:D I don't care! I'm doing it!

Love the bubbles in the rich blue sky! So well done. You were also clever to post 2 pictures - I couldn't fit in both SWF & Theme day in one - but it never occured to me to post 2 photos. Very silly.
